Moving To Set The Minutes Right

Moving To Set The Minutes Right is a dance duet performed to live music. The duet was created over Skype during the height of the 2020 COVID-19 lockdowns. By embracing the possibilities of technology Ali remotely choreographed this work from Ireland while the performers were in Germany and the Netherlands.

What would you do if only you could?

In this work dancers Sophia Herzog and Izah Hankammer seek to interact with the audience without the ability to touch. Examining the human need for touch and human interaction the two dancers act out the imagined interactions of the audience.

Moving To Set The Minutes Right was performed at Theaterfestival Boulevard 2020 in Den Bosch during their special COVID-29 proof program.
